Set in the serene coastal enclave of Omaha, this Hamptons-inspired home blends retreat-like tranquillity with timeless design. The brief focused on creating a warm, inviting atmosphere that complements the home’s refined architectural lines and natural textures.

Inside, soft, ambient lighting featuring track and downlights, were layered to enhance the tone and materiality of the space. A pair of statement Christopher Boots pendants anchor the main living area, acting as both sculptural focal points and functional art.

Outdoors, a mix of Royal Botania, Flos, and Bover fixtures brings an atmospheric glow to the landscaped surrounds. Carefully curated furnishings, such as Minotti’s Tape chairs, Sunray loungers, and Evans table, paired with a Royal Botania Shady umbrella and Atelier Vierkant pots, complete a cohesive retreat that feels both luxurious and deeply connected to its coastal setting.
