Built in 1878, the Fable Dunedin, formerly known as Wains Hotel, has recently re-opened after a significant refurbishment.

Preserving the period features that front its facade, iGuzzini's Trick 180 were installed illuminating the street front of the structure and highlighting its elaborate architectural contours.

Now a 5-star boutique hotel, the Fable has been fitted out with Moooi Carpets and decorative lighting fittings to reflect the contemporary, luxury accommodation standard.
