Lee Broom introduces Maestro

Lee Broom presents Maestro, an engaging virtual exhibition and film to celebrate the launch of a new chair. For the first time, Lee Broom's artistry for designing groundbreaking exhibitions is transferred into a captivating film.

 

Aired in three 90-second parts, this unique film features Lee Broom’s new Musico chair and showcases a live performance from an orchestra, taking viewers on an evocative journey of music and design. 

Reminiscent of the coils of musical instruments, the Musico chair’s contours have been created by three continuous hand-bent, hand-polished and plated tubes, which form a seamless, circular-like embrace around the chair’s upholstered seat and back. 

As a great supporter of the arts, Lee Broom engaged the Parallax Orchestra, who were performing for the first time since the start of lockdown. Each of the 30 musicians, placed in 10 perfect rows of three, at two metres apart to maintain social distancing, were seated on the new Musico chair.
