The 14 storey building, that was completed late 2017, has a NZGBC 5 Star Green Star rating.

The modern design by Studio Pacific Architecture brings international best practice in safety and resilience with base isolation and a diagrid structure - now essential requirements in earthquake-prone Wellington. A generous ground floor entry lobby with five metre high ceilings and a ground floor café designed for informal meetings form the public spaces. 

ECC lit both the lobby area and fitted out the Deloitte offices with both task and decorative lighting.
