Covid-19 Operations – Auckland L3

Our Auckland ECC showroom and Level One showroom are closed under L3. Our online store and Auckland warehouse are open. Our staff are all contactable through our usual channels.

Covid-19 Operations – Wellington and Christchurch L2

Our Wellington and Christchurch showrooms are open and fully operational with additional hygiene and contact tracing procedures in place.

Auckland L3

Despite our Auckland showroom being closed we are able to move stock in a safe and compliant manner. This means we are able to receive and deliver product, and fulfil orders on our online store. Our sales team is fully operational, with the exception of face to face meetings.

 

Existing orders

Your sales representative will be in constant contact regarding the delivery date of existing orders. If you would like to arrange delivery or collection of an existing order please contact your sales representative in the usual manner. If you wish to collect an order from our warehouse your sales representative will inform you of the contactless procedure. Alternatively, call 09 379 9680 or email [email protected] with your order details.

 

New orders

As a business we hold a significant amount of stock. Our team can confirm what is available in our warehouse today. Our supply chain is also operating. Sea freight is flowing with minor delays. Air freight has been impacted the most with the reduction of passenger airlines transporting freight. The cost of air freight has risen significantly, so most of our stock will be forwarded by sea. Communication with all overseas suppliers is active without exception.

 

Delivery to construction/commercial sites

We are able to deliver product to site in a contactless manner and use approved courier companies who are operating contactless delivery under the Level 3 guidelines. We are adhering to additional sanitation guidelines for each delivery.

 

Home deliveries

We are able to deliver product to your home or use approved courier companies who are operating contactless delivery under the Level 3 guidelines. Please place orders by contacting your ECC representative, emailing [email protected], or placing an order on our online store www.ecc.co.nz/store

 

Sales Support

Our sales and customer-facing team can deliver all of the information, design, plans, specification and quoting services as usual. We are able to have video calls – if you would like to meet that way please make an appointment with your usual contact.
