Shipping Policy

International Delivery

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. 

Showroom & Warehouse Click & Collect

We are pleased to offer Click & Collect free of charge from each of our showroom and warehouse locations. We will be in touch to confirm when your goods are ready for collection. 

Delivery within New Zealand

We offer free delivery on small lighting and accessories purchased online. Goods in stock will be shipped within 1-3 working days, and you will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking number. For indent orders on goods not in stock your approximate delivery date will be confirmed by one of our ECC team members 

Furniture, Fragile & Oversized Goods

Our larger items available on our online store will automatically incur shipping charges based on your specified shipping destination. 

ECC Outlet

We offer free delivery on small lighting and accessories purchased through the ECC Online Outlet store. Goods in stock will be shipped within 1-3 working days. 

Refund Policy

Instore, Online & Outlet Returns

Online Purchases 

Items that are in stock at the time of purchase can be exchanged or credited within 14 days of purchase. Please email [email protected] with your order number & exchange request.  

Please note that credits can not be redeemable for purchases through our online store. Please contact [email protected] to complete a purchase using your store credit.

It is at the discretion of ECC to accept a return or exchange request for indent order items. Please contact [email protected] if you would like to return a product and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

In-store purchases

Please contact the salesperson who you placed your order with - they will be able to assist you further with your request.

ECC Outlet & Sale Purchases

All items purchased through the ECC Outlet or during the sale promotion period are final and not eligible for refund or exchange. 

Faulty Items

In the unfortunate event that your goods arrive damaged. Please contact us as soon as possible through [email protected] including images of the damaged item and packaging and we will endeavour to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
