Thick, shelves create a decidedly horizontal pattern, interrupted here and there by vertical metal segments that create an irregular and eye-catching division of the space. The architectural formality of the project is complemented by an equally passionate quest for the finest and most unusual materials, creating a fascinating contrast. Thus the sheen of the polyester lacquered palisander and the glossy white and granite lacquer finishes contrasts beautifully with the muted severity of the metal, finished in a fresh new 'mille right' design in pewter colour, created by the Minotti studio.
