Naoto
Fukasawa

Born in 1956. Established Naoto Fukasawa Design in 2003. Other than collaborating with European representative brands for their product developments, he has worked with many major Asian and domestic companies. His wall-mounted CD player for MUJI, humidifier for ±0 (Plus Minus Zero), and Inforbar and Neon for au/KDDI are part of the N.Y. MoMA permanent design collection.

In 2007, he was accorded the title of Hon RDI- Honorable Royal Designer for Industry (Royal Society of Arts). He has won many awards that includes the American IDEA Gold Award, the German iF Gold Award, the British D&AD Gold Award, and the Mainichi Design Award.
