Florent
Coirier

Born in Nantes in 1983, he lives and works in Paris. After graduating from design at ENSAAMA Olivier de Serres, he spent three years in England in order to specialize with a Bachelor of Design and a Master at the Birmingham Institute of Art and Design / BIAD-BCU which he graduated with distinction in 2005. He returned to France where he collaborated with several great design agency where he learn about clear lines. Today he is working as an independent designer in his studio near Montmartre.

Florent Coirier, designs simple products, with a strong semantics, always practical and functional. Ranging from lighting to furniture, through small objects, the studio develops products based on solid knowledge of industrial processes. Each project is developed in close collaboration with manufacturers. Florent Coirier aims to create timeless projects, most of them being simple at first glance, but with specific details that make them unique and thoughtful objects.
