Antonangeli Illuminazione was founded in 1977, and immediately directs its attention to the design and creation of lighting with a strong personality: focusing its interest on a concept of light that is &lsquo;functional&rsquo; and &lsquo;emotional&rsquo; at the same time. Since to 2007 Antonangeli has been involved in the Outdoor lighting world with an unusual view: creating lighting outside that produces the same emotions that normally light creates in the interior. Ethnicraft believe in creating quality wooden furniture that lasts for generations and withstands trends. Their furniture originates&nbsp;from rational ideas, but has a distinctly emotional quality. While the&nbsp;designs are always functional, they want their furniture to generate emotion through authentic, warm and natural materials.

Ethnicraft

Vittorio Livi has always had one passion: glass.&nbsp;Fullet, the very first company founded by him, produced coloured glass for the furniture industry and was followed by a succession of companies: Artiglass, Curvovetro, Cromoglass and Vellutart.&nbsp;The merger between these companies in 1973 resulted in FIAM, the first company to produce furnishing items in curved glass. Thanks to its technology and partnerships with top international designers, FIAM has become a leader in this industry and some of its products are on display in twenty-five museums worldwide.&nbsp;After overseeing the restoration of Montegridolfo, a walled town dating back to the 7th century B.C., in 1992 Vittorio Livi purchased and renovated Villa Miralfiore, a historic building in Pesaro constructed in 1260. A part of the villa is dedicated to &ldquo;Spazio Miralfiore&rdquo;, a museum for works of art in glass produced by Livi and numerous Italian and international artists.

FLOS was founded in 1962 are the Italian Lighting Specialists. The very same year FLOS began producing a number of lamps that were to become classics in Italian industrial design. These first lamps were Arco, Relemme, Toio and Taccia &mdash; all designed by Achille and Piergiacomo Castiglioni. As a tangible proof of FLOS Lighting's timeless design and technical excellence, these lamps continue to be produced today.
It all started with cocoon . . .&nbsp; In 1959 Arturo Eisenkeil from Merano, an importer of cocoon &mdash; a spray-on plastic coating produced in the United States - was tracking down possible applications for this new material. He joined forces with Dino Gavina and Cesare Cassina and set up a company to produce lighting fixtures. This marked the beginning of the long-standing association in the area of design with the Castiglioni brothers and Tobia Scarpa. The first cocoon lamps ever created were the offspring of this collaboration: Viscontea, Taraxacum and Gatto by the Castiglioni brothers and Fantasma by Scarpa.

From it's humble beginning on Murano island off Venice, Foscarini had become a technological and creative workshop that conceives, develops and produces not just lamps but pure emotions, in collaboration with many other designers from around the world.&nbsp;
A designing and technological tour de force, Foscarini explores an entire world of materials and solutions. Their research atelier experiments, free of any mental barriers or technical restraints through flexible, efficient and high quality production.

Gilles Caffier was born in France and studied textile and fashion design. He started his textile career in the Parisian couture, Yves Saint Laurent and Paco Rabanne were among his clients. He moved to Tokyo at 22 and became an international fashion school art director and a few years later he opened his design studio.&nbsp;

Giorgetti&rsquo;s history is integrally linked with the Italian city of Meda, situated 30 kilometres north of Milan. The artisan activity amongst the farmers in the surrounding countryside became a high quality furniture production centre in the second half of the nineteenth century driven by refined wood working techniques and finishing. In this historical context, Luigi Giorgetti set up his first factory in 1898.
Giorgetti&rsquo;s furniture collections today are set apart by their exquisite wood craftsmanship. They have evolved into products for contemporary living, while at the same time keeping the cabinet-making tradition alive, through collaborations with architects, city planners, artists and intellectuals.

Rooted in Seattle as architects, founders Seth and Jon decided to further feed their creative appetites through product design and art exhibits. In 2007, &ldquo;graypants&rdquo; was scribbled onto a piece of paper and the new company&rsquo;s flagship line of pendant lights made entirely of repurposed corrugated cardboard &ndash;scraplights&nbsp;&ndash; was promptly introduced.
Scraplights quickly became a prime example of the principles that graypants embodies to this day &ndash; responsible design, responsible materials, responsible production&hellip; and having fun.&nbsp;In 2012, the Amsterdam studio was founded to become a hub for local European production and distribution to over forty countries, and has partnered with social works programs to provide craft-based work where needed the most.

At GUAXS they try to develop sculptural objects, that change the atmosphere of a room and have an effect on the people around them. They draw their inspiration from forms of nature and cultural artefacts, always influenced by personal experience gathered on travels, intuition and close observation. Their objects are made of authentic and sustainable materials, manufactured by hand following practical knowledge and handicraft techniques developed over centuries. Each piece shows the variable traces of human work on its surface, creating interplay between sculptural form and texture. More specifically, the design of their glass objects combines these aspects with a nuanced and strong colour impression, leading to a smooth and natural appearance. This allows them to integrate well into any architecture, while remaining something special and magic at the same time.

Haberdashery is an award-winning London based design studio focussed on the perpetual appeal of light. They specialise in a poetic approach to lighting and have a 25+ team qualified in industrial- or product design, engineering, research and product development. They all share a love of light and push themselves to find new ways to harness it to transform how we perceive space, colour and form. Over the past 10+ years, they have circumnavigated the world, delivering more than 450 projects, installing their work in over 30 countries in locations that are diverse, challenging and unique.&nbsp;

The company origins lie in the historical tradition of the district of Como: in the years after World War II Piero Redaelli, which is now Cavaliere del Lavoro, and his wife Iside have found Redaelli Ricami,&nbsp;hand-embroidered manufacture of linen for the home.
In the eighties, the sons Ivano and Nicoletta help the management of the company, giving a more international breath. Natural materials like wood from controlled plantations, leather, metal, wicker and glass are utilised. Lee Broom is one of the UK&rsquo;s leading product &amp; interior designers. Since 2007 he has released over 75 furniture and lighting products, which he designs and manufactures under his own label and has created more than 20 products for other brands.&nbsp; He has also designed over 40 commercial retail, restaurant, bar and residential interiors.
A supporter of British manufacturing techniques, Broom designs, manufactures and retails his own collections, in addition to collaborating with leading brands including Christian Louboutin, Mulberry and Matthew Williamson.

Dutch Design was becoming a world brand in the nineties but Jan te Lintelo, who launched his first Linteloo collection in 1993, wanted to go even further. He started a new concept in 1995 &ndash; the now famous &lsquo;feel-good factor&rsquo;. The design for easy living with comfortable sofas and chairs was a big success in The Netherlands and soon other countries followed.
The &lsquo;feel-good factor&rsquo; theme now ties together the Linteloo range. This translates into their soft furnishings in a relaxed, shabby chic style using crushed linens and cushions with sink-in softness. The right balance between structure and softness in their seating range is a result of in depth research into the ideal combination of down, feather and foam.
