Double Dynamic Lighting: A Research Project
iGuzzini's commitment to lighting technology and solutions is demonstrated through their ongoing support and involvement in this collaborative research project over the past 3 years.
Working alongside the Aalborg University, iGuzzini have been materialising solutions to current and future lighting requirements, something that is ever-changing alongside human experience and interactions with the built environment.
The research team led by Prof. Ellen Katharine Hansen has explored the combination of dynamic daylight and artificial light in a spatial context, opening up a new dimension for architects and lighting experts in supporting individual needs and different working requirements.
The findings will help to form a more holistic design approach for the future. A combination of biological, aesthetic and functional aspects, that will inform the design process for lighting manufacturers to follow.
